What is your return policy?
If you don't open it, feel free to return it up to 30 days later.
If it is a defective product, bring it back in, and we'll swap it out for you.
I need a grill. Now what?
Come on in. We carry what we believe to be the best grills available, offering either a 10 year or lifetime warranty. We even assemble and deliver!
Are you open on holidays?
We're open come rain, sleet, or snow. We work hard to be the last store to close, and the first store to open when there's a major storm. In fact, when Hurricane Matthew was coming in, we were the last store open in Bluffton, according to the Bluffton Police Department!
However, we strongly believe that holidays are a time to spend with family, and we don't want our awesome staff to miss a minute with their families. So we close for all the major holidays.
You don't carry something that I want. Can you get it?
Probably! Just ask. We fit over 40,000 unique items in the store, but sometimes we're missing the cleaner that you loved in New Jersey, or a tool that was popular in Ohio.
Luckily, we have access to a large network of suppliers, and if you ask us, we'll do our best to track it down and carry it.
